No — but the system must know about them. The obligations register captures every consent and condition with its evidence; the auditor checks that the system manages them, not that every project is consented on day one.

An independent, JAS-ANZ accredited certification body — never us. We build the system, prepare your team and support you through their Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits. That separation is what makes the certificate credible.

Yes — it stands alone. But the two share most clauses, so adding quality later is incremental. If both are likely, an integrated system from the start is cheaper than two builds.
