Yes — about half our audit work is on systems we didn't write. The findings report maps the system as it stands; there's no obligation to have us fix anything.

The standard wants a programme, not a frequency — risk decides. A typical single-site business runs one full-system audit annually with a mid-year spot check; multi-site operations rotate sites quarterly.

No — certification only comes from accredited certification bodies, and auditing our own builds for certification would be a conflict. We prepare you for them; the separation is what keeps the certificate worth holding.
