We’re an Auckland-headquartered consultancy that designs, builds and implements management systems for businesses across New Zealand, Australia and the wider Asia-Pacific region: 1,000+ systems across 15+ ISO standards since we opened the doors, every one on a fixed-price quote, plus the compliance platform 10,000+ people now run their systems on.

Q&A — ABOUT KAIZEN

The consultant who scopes your engagement delivers it — no bait-and-switch to a junior. We publish credentials rather than personalities: every consultant holds lead auditor qualifications and decades of hands-on quality, safety or environmental experience.

No, deliberately. Certification bodies audit; consultants build. Doing both for the same client is a conflict the accreditation rules prohibit — the separation is what makes your certificate credible. We prepare you for JAS-ANZ accredited bodies and sit beside you through their audits.

Head office is Level 4, 110 Symonds Street, Auckland. Delivery runs nationwide across New Zealand, into Australia, and to clients across the Asia-Pacific region — 50+ cities and towns to date. Site work happens on your site; document work happens wherever the fibre reaches.
