Privacy policy

Last updated August 2026 · Kaizen Limited · Level 4, 110 Symonds Street, Auckland 1010

1. What we collect

Contact details you give us (name, company, email, phone), correspondence, and standard website analytics (pages visited, device type). We do not buy third-party data about you, and the consultation forms collect only what a scoping call needs.

2. How we use it

To respond to enquiries, scope and deliver engagements, invoice, and — only if you opt in — send occasional insights. Client system documents are treated as confidential engagement material, never as marketing collateral.

3. Who we share it with

Nobody, except service providers that run our systems (hosting, email, accounting) under confidentiality, certification bodies you ask us to liaise with, and where the law requires.

4. Where it lives and how long

Data is stored in reputable cloud services with access limited to the consulting team. Engagement records are retained for seven years to match audit and tax cycles, then destroyed.

5. Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may request access to or correction of your personal information at any time — email hello@kaizenconsulting.co.nz and we’ll respond within 20 working days.

6. Cookies & analytics

The site uses privacy-respecting analytics to understand what content helps. No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiles, no sale of data — ever.

Placeholder legal copy for design review — to be replaced with counsel-approved text before launch.
