Risks and opportunities are analysed, documented and reviewed continuously.

Objectives and legal compliance are achieved through planning.

Internal audits are performed to review the system including its compliance, overall performance and to ensure objectives are met.

How can my Organisation transition to ISO 45001?

Gap Analysis

We will assist you in identifying gaps in your current management system, focusing on potential risks as well as opportunities that apply to your Organisation.

Plan of Approach

After identifying any existing gaps between your current management system and ISO 45001 requirements, a project proposal will be developed. This proposal will include mutually agreed upon timeframes and define tangible milestones, that will allow for the timely completion of your ISO implementation.

Implementation

The implementation process includes an in-depth analysis of the previously identified gaps within your management system, focusing on key processes. We will help you to define Interested Parties, expand the scope and the context and strengthen the planning component of your management system. Lastly, we amend the terminology and revise the policy of your current WSMP to comply with ISO 45001:2018 Standard.

Auditing and Process Analysis

At this stage, the Gap Analysis is evaluated for its effectiveness. A full-system internal audit is then performed to verify successful implementation and identify critical processes. This audit will shed light on any implementation problems, which will then be reviewed and improved accordingly.

Certification

With the new management system being implemented, the next step is an external audit. A third-party auditor will verify if your management system conforms with ISO 45001:2018 Standards, which will result in certification if compliance can be demonstrated. We will support you Organisation through ought this process until your Organisation is certified.

Communication

Congratulations! Now that you are certified you can demonstrate your gains and tangible outcomes to Top Management. Communicating the upgrade of your certification to Interested Parties will boost their confidence in your Organisation and make you stand out as an industry leader.
